Previously, as Global Head of Strategy and Strategic Value Advisory at ServiceNow, Inc. (NYSE: NOW) — a respected leader in enterprise cloud computing , Lakshminarayanan scaled the company’s value management program, integrating AI to unlock revenue by enhancing enterprise workflows and customer outcomes. His expertise spans building high-performance global teams, commercializing innovation, and scaling go-to-market strategies to over $2B in revenue across Fortune 500 and startup environments.

Venky Lakshminarayanan is also the co-author of AI-Driven Value Management (Wiley Publishers), a pioneering guide for B2B executives seeking to revolutionize value-selling strategies. The book outlines a clear framework for integrating AI into value management processes, enabling businesses to double pipeline and revenue through scalable, high-impact strategies.
