Nick is an expert in CRM and data mining, as the cornerstone to segmented marketing, strategy, operations and driving ROI. He has vast experience in supporting B2B sales teams and B2C brands by lowering customer acquisition costs (CAC) and increasing ROI through retention, growing share of wallet and up-selling.

His professional experience include a track record at major corporations and private-equity backed, high-growth companies including VOLVO, NationsRent, Intel and May Department Stores. His experience includes management positions with two, $1 billion dollar start-ups in the construction equipment rental industry, where he applied marketing skills supporting large sales organizations & business development teams – domestically and internationally. He has extensive experience in marketing segmentations, brand development, strategy, executing business plans & developing incremental sales opportunities.

Nick received his BA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School. He has led over $3 Million in charitable gifts including military charities, breast cancer research, autism research, housing for the needy and global philanthropy to promote examples of Good. He authored a book named ‘Contrarian Marketing – It’s Not Magic, Just Math,’ a guide to making data-driven marketing decisions and aligning marketing & sales teams.
