This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our services, products, website (biltdata.ai), and related platforms (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect or process in connection with our Services, our website, our business intelligence platform, and our mobile application. Our Services are designed for business use and primarily involve B2B data, including macro-economic and micro-economic market intel, relationships between entities, business contact information, firmographic data, and commercial transaction intelligence related to the equipment industry.

BiltData Intelligence Services, LLC ("BDIS"), a subsidiary of BiltData.ai, LLC, is registered as a data broker in California (under the California Delete Act, SB 362), Nevada (NRS 603A.340), and Oregon (ORS 646A.571). When you interact with us as a client, prospective client, or website visitor, we may collect:
In the course of providing our B2B data and analytics services, we obtain business-related information from a broad range of third-party data providers, public records, government sources, and industry associations and publications. This information is used to build our proprietary datasets (including BiltReady Opportunities) and to deliver predictive buyer intelligence to our clients. Categories of third-party data include:
Our platform enables authorized users to input content which enhances the platform's intelligence for the contributing client's authorized users and is treated as confidential to that client. BiltData may use anonymized and aggregated patterns from user-contributed data to improve its predictive models and platform functionality, but does not share identifiable user-contributed content across clients.
In addition to the data we obtain from external sources, BiltData generates substantial proprietary intelligence through advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics applied to underlying source data. This derived data is the product of BiltData's proprietary algorithms, scoring models, and analytical processes. These derived metrics represent BiltData's proprietary intellectual property and analytical work product. They are not sourced directly from any single data provider.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or precise geolocation of individuals.
We use the information we collect for the following business purposes:

We also honor opt-out requests passed through from our data sources and will suppress records of individuals who have exercised opt-out or deletion rights with our third-party data providers.
BiltData processes opt-out and deletion requests received through the California Delete Act's consumer deletion mechanism (DROP) within 45 days. We maintain a Master Suppression List to ensure opted-out individuals are not re-added from any data source. See our Do Not Sell or Share page.
We implement and maintain commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
