— W. Edwards Deming
Our team is comprised of data scientists, computer scientists, and business strategists with decades of experience being accountable to CEOs, CFOs, CROs, CMOs and their teams. Inspired by the 80/20 rule in customer data, and shaped by hundreds of millions of transactions across construction equipment OEMs, dealers and rental companies.

20+ years leading marketing, CRM, and data strategy at companies like Volvo, NationsRent, and Intel, including management positions at two billion-dollar startups in construction equipment rental. As VP of Marketing and VP of Global Strategy at Volvo Rents, Nick saw firsthand how OEMs and distribution were flying blind — relying on incomplete public filing data and gut instinct while missing more than a third of their addressable market. He founded BiltData to give great companies an edge.

As COO, Keith leads product development and customer success. He brings an extensive track record across statistical analysis, cloud computing, senior finance roles, IT development, and entrepreneurship, including two successful exits of companies with 1M+ customers.

Arun leads data science at BiltData — including the BiltReady model, scoring methodology, and signal engineering across the buyer graph. He brings deep ML and data science leadership in production-scale predictive analytics.

Chase works directly with OEM and dealer leadership to translate commercial priorities into deployable BiltReady analyses — and to bring field signal back into the model. A Sergeant in the United States Army, Chase brings to customer work the same discipline the Army taught him: clear comms, calm execution, mission focus.

Jordan brings an extensive career in sales management and an expertise in using data to accelerate revenue and ROI. She currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Southland Resources, a leading raw material energy producer. As Board Chair, Jordan shapes BiltData's strategic direction.

Rajesh guides BiltData's strategic initiatives in machine learning and AI-driven innovation. He brings experience from NVIDIA, VMware, Cisco, and Verizon. At NVIDIA he was a founding member of the Drug-Discovery Engineering team and played a key role in launching Clara Drug-Discovery and BioNeMo — generative AI frameworks operating at supercomputing scale. His work has earned recognition in peer-reviewed publications and patents.

Venky serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Mainstay, a value management SaaS and consulting firm. Previously, as Global Head of Strategy and Strategic Value Advisory at ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), he led the development of the company's value management program. Venky is also the co-author of AI-Driven Value Management (Wiley), a blueprint for leveraging AI to double sales pipeline and revenue.

Tim brings 40+ years of marketing, analytics, finance, planning, and operations experience. His engagements have included a $50M first-year revenue lift for a construction equipment company through total customer analytics, strategic work that led a ~$1B company to switch business models and exit to private equity, and analysis that steered a retailer away from a poorly reputed acquisition. Tim holds an MBA from Wharton and a B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri. He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver.
For pilot conversations: hello@biltdata.ai. For everything else, ask Goose.
“In God we trust. All others bring data.”
Complete Intel. Built In.
Goose can answer questions about BiltData — who we are, what we do, our positioning, our data sources, and aggregated, anonymized market figures (e.g. equipment-type rollups, regional buyer counts, what UCC alone misses).
The full product, with your own territory and authenticated data, is shown live during a pilot conversation.
30-day implementation, 90-day evaluation, 5–20 reps, one territory. Drop your details — we'll come back with a real foreman, and Goose will use what you tell us to default every answer to your turf.
